2. Information We Collect

We operate a static, informative publication designed to minimise data collection:

• Client-Side Dispatch Tool: Text entered into the Side-Street Dispatch Composer on our Contact page is processed solely inside your device’s browser memory to generate a copyable text string or downloadable .txt file. It is not transmitted to any database on our servers.
• Direct Email Correspondence: If you choose to send an email to [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message solely to respond to your inquiry or verify a travel correction.
• Server Access Logs: Standard web hosting infrastructure temporarily records anonymised IP requests, browser user-agent strings and timestamps for security and DDoS mitigation (legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Retention & Your Rights

Editorial correspondence is retained for up to 12 months before deletion. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of any personal correspondence you have sent us by emailing [email protected].
